Felicia...in a cute dress.

I dunno why I made the background the way I did, but I like it anyway! <D This took me awhile to finish, so yeah, sorry for the wait, and I have no Christmas pictures either. 8(

Worked on in Photoshop, I guess I was just messing around with the background, having no purpose other than to just....be there. So there isn't much to tell about it.

The dress my mother loved alot, I'm glad she does and so do I. Though I honestly don't remember the reason it was Felicia.
